š§ PurelyMail Email Setup for New Agents
Follow these steps to create a new email account for an agent:
Step 1: Login to PurelyMail Admin
- Go to https://purelymail.com/manage/login
- Login with admin account: prasad@harvestrealty.llc
- Enter the admin password
Step 2: Navigate to Users
- Click on "Users" in the top navigation menu
- You will see a list of all current email users
Step 3: Create New User
- Click "Create new user" button
- In the Name field, enter the agent's first name (lowercase)
Example: for "John Smith" enter "john" - IMPORTANT: Select domain "harvestrealty.llc" from the dropdown
- Generate a random password or create one (minimum 12 characters recommended)
- Check "Enable search indexing" ā
- Check "Enable spam filtering" ā
- Check "Enable password reset" ā
- Click "Save"
Step 4: Send Credentials to Agent
- Send the new agent their login credentials:
- Email: [newagent]@harvestrealty.llc
- Password: (the generated password)
- Webmail: https://purelymail.com/webmail
- Direct them to the Onboarding Page for full setup instructions

When you make changes in the portal (update profile, add listings, change settings), those changes are tracked here. Click "Commit & Push Changes" to save your updates to the website repository. All changes can be synced to the cloud for backup and collaboration.
